This is the fourth (and final) chapter of the lucky (we would even claim really lucky) patient from which we will ultimately recognize the results of the examination made by busty medical professional O`Connell and her even more busty aiding nurse Ellie. And while the capacity to get tough was absolutely examined in the previous chapters now it is the time to examine the capacity to properly end up ... at least twice!
